Worst customer service ever experienced. This store covers most of Northeast part of Vermont, so many customers must travel 60 miles or more. However, they close whenever they feel like, not honoring their posted hours of operation, even with the employees still inside the store. Even after being told by the owner to return the following day, Sunday, they are closed again for Columbus day on Monday.

I purchased over the phone some pottery at a Stowe gallery that does not ship any of their art. Living in Chicago, I reached out via email to this nearby UPS store to see if they could possibly pick the pottery up, carefully pack it and ship it. John responded within 24 hours that he would be happy to do so. I received the items today, which were securely packed and undamaged. I am thrilled and would recommend this UPS store to anyone wishing to safely ship fragile items. I was super happy that they were willing to pick up the items, too! Totally awesome transaction!

The robot that answered my call refused to put me through to a customer service agent, unless I had the tracking number. The reason for my call was to OBTAIN the tracking number. The robot kept me running around in circles! AAAAARGH!!!!!
