The robot that answered my call refused to put me through to a customer service agent, unless I had the tracking number. The reason for my call was to OBTAIN the tracking number. The robot kept me running around in circles! AAAAARGH!!!!!

Excellent UPS Store! I was in town for a conference and needed to ship my souvenirs back home. I had attempted to pack the box myself, but I went to drop it off, he said that he didn't want my maple syrup to break or leak. He told me just to leave it with him and he would get it all wrapped up. I was a bit hesitant, given my experience with other UPS Stores, but he did an amazing job. Everything arrived safely and so well packaged. I wish my local UPS store was this helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a workshop I was prepping for and stopped into the store to ask about a small print job. I was told by John that it would be easy peasy. I sent the email, followed up with two phone calls and three more emails. It’s been a week and a half and I’ve been completely ghosted. My workshop was great but had to go elsewhere to get the job done.

Kelly was awesome! She helped me with returns, a forgotten roll of tape, and navigated my receipts just fine while helping me get another kind of shipping box. Lots of good attitude!

First time at Stowe ups store and certainly will be back.Went in for a simple document print from an email and promptly dealt with by a gentleman with amazing customer service .Was asked if I had been tended to by multiple associates and got to pet a very friendly dog named Rudy.Excellent customer service and the best I’ve seen from a iOS store and I’ve loved around the country.Thank you!

I got a notification from UPS that the address on the package I’m sending to my daughter is incorrect. I just finished 35 minutes of following the directions on their website, to correct the address, only to be brought to a notice that said we’re sorry we’re having technical difficulties. Try again later.This in addition to the fact that many of my neighbors have packages delivered by UPS to other neighbors or get lost in transit. I will always always check with the company I’m ordering from and insure that I never order from UPS again.

I went to this new location for the first time and returned 3 packages that were all going back to the same store. They didn’t even scan my packages they just took them and said I was all set. I’ve never been to a UPS store where they didn’t scan my package and give me a receipt/tracking #.After I got home I was thinking about it because all three items added together were not cheap, so I wanted to make sure I would get refunded for them. I called and they told me that they don’t give receipts unless someone asks for one and they usually scan all packages after they pile up. In my opinion, part of the job is to scan and give those receipts to customers, and to ensure that the return is processed correctly and safely. I have called V.S. And only 1 of the 3 items have been received but waiting on my refund to my account. I am disappointed to say the least and really hope that I get my money back. Will be asking for a receipt for return drop offs.

We are traveling and needed a notary plus three witnesses for an important document. This UPS handled everything for us - including witnesses, copies and shipping the documents for us. Everyone was helpful, efficient and very friendly. A great experience in every way!

Monica, the owner, was extremely unprofessional and offended when I ask why prices very store to store. She told me to buy my own printer if I didn’t like it. Save yourself the hassle and go to pack and plus!!!Edit: Hi there, you guys should get in touch with some other less Karen-like UPS stores(: the one in Williston, and south Burlington print labels for free with no harassment! They don’t judge you as soon as you walk in the door. I will not be back and I’ll be sure to spread the word <3
