I had a wonderful experience with Caitlin at this beautifully curated jewelry store in Stowe. I was only in town for a few days and the earrings I was looking for were not in stock. Caitlin managed to get them into the store within days. She was delightful, professional, and patient as I browsed. Even though she brought the earrings in, I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Additionally she was knowledgeable about the artist. It’s a special store made even more so with such lovely assistance.

Von Bargen’s is by far the best, most reliable and trusted jewelry store we’ve ever known. The quality of product, service and staff are incredible. They personalize service, email us personal notes when they know our favorite jeweler will be doing a trunk show (ours is Alex Sepkus!) and remember our names and what we’ve previously purchased. A very high quality experience. Nicole in particular is so attentive and friendly and keeps us coming back. We walk right by other jewelry stores when we travel because we know Von Bargen’s has what we want.

I first ran across Von Bargen's Jewelry on a trip to Stowe back in 2015. My wife loved the unique designer jewelry options and we were assisted by Wonderful associate Nicole Chemi and purchased several items. Since that time I have purchased many great pieces for Anniversaries, Christmas and other special occasions. Ms. Chemi has stayed in touch with us and always has great recommendations to add to my wife's collection!

I frequently visit Von Bergen's Jewelry Store and always have an outstanding experience.
I bring my friends and family just to see their beautiful jewelry. They never feel pressured to buy, but always have fun trying things on.
The store offers an incredible selection of beautiful, high-quality jewelry and unique pieces. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, offering personalized recommendations without being pushy.
Recently, I purchased a ring from another reputable jewelry store in DC, and did not like how it looked on my finger. The store would not refund or even exchange it! I went to Von Bergen with that ring and they spent a lot of time with me to re-create a beautiful ring that I wear every day. The entire shopping experience was seamless, and fun!
They also do repairs and trade ins! I highly recommend Von Bergen for anyone seeking both stunning jewelry and excellent customer service! When you are in Stowe Village you must stop in and see for yourself!

My engagement ring broke so I brought it to Nicole at Von Bargens. She gave me the advice “she would give her girlfriend” and I am thrilled with the repair. Definitely recommend if you are looking for personalized service in Stowe.

Not truthful or just a bad day? I popped into Von Bargen's Jewelry a bit after noon today and asked if they worked on watches. I have a unique metal watch that needed a couple of clips/panels of the wristband removed.
The owner told me that they didn't service watches. I asked if there was anybody nearby they recommended and she told me that "nobody in the Stowe area works on watches. The most nearby place is TickTock in Burlington." I thanked her and left but couldn't quite believe that nobody in Stowe would service watches. On my way out of town, I stopped at Ferro (another jeweler down the road) and lo and behold, they were super kind and altered my watch for me on the spot! Thank you, Patrick.
I then asked the owner of Ferro's if there was any reason the blonde lady at Von Bargen's told me there wasn't anybody in town would work on watches. He seemed puzzled for a bit and then said that she sends anybody asking for "watch work" their way.
Hm. Not sure why I was sent to Burlington vs. 100 yards down the road.
It's unfortunately because the jewelry in the display cases looked stunning but based on my experience earlier, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

I highly recommend Von Bargens for any of your jewelry needs. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nicole has recommended many items based on my personal style. They carry many unique designers and pieces you won’t find everywhere. If something isn’t in the store, they’re more than happy to get something comparable in. They are my go-to jewelry store in Stowe!

Disgusting people that priced a solid gold bracelet at 10k for a five once bracelet… and when I asked why they marked it up 50% they said there was another jewelry store down the road. They judged based on my appearance but didn’t realize I know everyone in town including Ferro jewelry who was happy to help me. Explains why the store was empty… pathetic

We have purchased several gorgeous pieces of art during the last few years from this wonderful store. The staff have been knowledgeable, extremely helpful and always hospitable. The artists’ work they carry makes every visit feel like you are in an art gallery, not only a store.
