A really cool ski shop at Stratton Mountain, where one is able to pick up whatever ski needs you may have. The staff was really helpful and we were able to find plenty of stylish items.

Your employees did not give me accurate directions when I purchased a stomp pad from your location. I was very disappointed when I followed all the given instructions and my stomp pad still fell off and was lost on the FIRST RUN. I went back to the store and was told there was nothing I could do which disappointed me even more. To make it even worse they told me it was my fault despite the fact I wasn’t given the full directions.

1st day out of the season and my BOA snapped before my first run. The Stratton rental shop told me the guys at this Burton store may be able to fix it, even though they were DC boots. Shane from Burton came through, fixed it, and saved my day. I was back on the mountain in 15 minutes. Really nice dude too. Highly recommend this shop.

I had a malfunctioning Boa on one of my Burton boots. The boots were four years old but otherwise in good shape. Instead of up selling me on a new pair of boots, they quickly took the Boa apart, discovered it was broken and fixed it right on the spot. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Extensive selection of gear and clothes too!

Mixed experience - great volume of product not just restricted to Burton. However the staff are dialling it in, tending to sit behind their counter on a laptop. I walked in in search of bindings literally carrying my boarding boots. After a couple of basic answers to my questions I gave up on interaction. Second time it’s happened. Did buy some 686 pants though because as I said, some good product. Worth going if you know what you want and are Burton focused, otherwise I’d visit a specialist like Invasion in West Dover.

I stopped by recently because I was having fit issues with a new pair of Burton boots. I was very concerned that I’d bought the wrong size, and that I’d need to cut my losses and buy a bigger pair...but Mara helped me out with information on heat moulding, and insoles and it completely turned my trip around. I was completely crippled on the first two days of my trip, but after the heat moulding the boots are perfect. Honestly wish I’d waited and bought my whole set up here.
