“I appreciate so much my husband and I walking into a shop with welcoming in the entree way offering cracker & dip samples, advice on teas, place setting adornments and the energy of the staff! Great mix of kitchen / dining / cookware and people saying Happy Thanksgiving at checkout. This was traditional customer service & a really welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend shopping local here.”

“Not only were the prices great, but the employee that was working the register on June 13th was wonderful. She was super friendly, talked highly about Swanton, and even explained that the parade that was going by was for the championship softball team that had just come back from Castleton. It's great to see such wonderful customer service, but even nicer to see such pride in Swanton! Anytime I roll through, I will be stopping here.”
