Memorial Hardware is a locally owned hardware store opened in 2020 in the middle of downtown Swanton. The store is located in the renovated historic Memorial Building that was constructed as the local gymnasium and dedicated to World War II veterans. Associates are always available to help. They usually say hi and ask if you need anything, but they don’t hover or make you feel uncomfortable. If they are unsure about your needs or your questions they’ve found another team member to help. The store have comparable or better prices and a wide selection of things you need. The store is always clean organized and well maintained. The stock paint plumbing and electrical supplies pet supplies lawn and garden items small appliances storage items and a propane filling station.
