Horrible, i would give 0 stars if i could. Avoid at all costs, they used to be great but I'm a 15 year account holder about to cancel my account. I have multiple automatic payments set up to come out on certain days, set up that way for specific reasons aka when i get paid. For years there has been 0 issue with those being processed on time. However in the last few months the automatic payments have been delayed in being processed for days aka payments scheduled to come out on Friday being delayed until Tuesday or Wednesday. They conveniently get delayed until my account is at a low balance and then they are run through when my balance is low so they can happily charge me a 37 dollar fee. This week alone I was charged over 100$ in fees because 3 payments that were set up to come out on Friday were delayed until tuesday when my balance was low and they made sure process the largest one first(even though that was the one scheduled to come out last) ensuring that my,account overdraws and the other payments bounce. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy giving away money. Horrible!

Great location, friendly staff. I always park out front and go in, and there is hardly ever a wait. Nice high ceilings in this building feels like a ski lodge more than a bank. If you are in town and need to stop at a People's this is a good spot to do so. Haven't used the drive through window.

Really poor customer service. Sat at the drive up window for 10 minutes being ignored. The teller just looked at us and walked away. My husband has a broken foot and was forced to walk into the bank. The teller was just standing there talking to a friend about Christmas cookies!
