I was going back to Canada but unfortunately my custom papers wasn't cleared from the Canadian border services. I turn around to find a place to stay for the night. I came to this location at Sunoco. I went inside and found this amazing young female who worked March 17, 2025 around 7:45pm. She was amazing and very kind. I told her my story and she let me stay for the night. We do need people like her & she really needs to be recognized by managers & Sunoco head office. She is outstanding & very professional when spoken to. All the best

I've always had a good experience for the most part. There is always one employee in every store that can bring a negative experience. Those ones don't seem to last long.

Restroom is not the cleanest and the water smells sulfurous, but HAVING an open and functioning and well marked restroom earns five stars. Be nice to have some perishable foods eg bananas. Friendly folk.

So I’m on my way home from work and I decided to cash in some bottles. Well I pulled up to the bottle redemption door and the lady that works there was outside smoking and talking on her phone. No one was around and I started taking my bottles out of my suv. The lady said she doesn’t count bottles when she works because the owner doesn’t want her to leave the register unattended in case someone comes in when she is counting bottles. Just so everyone knows it’s raining hard and there is no one driving around. It would only take 15 minutes or so away from her phone if she just counted my bottles. I’ve been sitting in front of the store for 40 minutes now and still no one has stopped or drove by. This is piss poor customer service and unacceptable.

I went in there today to return a small bag of bottles and while waiting, I was reading a poster that discusses wearing masks and states that it is your policy. And surprise, out of the six customers that were in there while I was, only 3 of us were wearing masks which I understand, HOWEVER, the girl behind the counter at the register was NOT wearing a mask! She obv cares more about her makeup than keeping COVID at bay. Granted I only return bottles there and never buy anything, you have lost my bottle business. I will never step another foot in there again! Nor will I allow any of my family members. I am SOOOOO disappointed!!!! Wish you would be part of the solution rather than the cause.
