We have been here almost a week and out of the many places we've unfortunately been, this is by far, the nicest. It's quaint. It's quiet. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. It's just what we need right now until we are in our own home.

Took my family on a road trip from Ohio to maine with no plans an we arrive in swanton around 8 pm with no place to stay we just happened to drive by this place not knowing where I was. They looked full but they were able to get us a room and very nice and offered us many things .

Been going here for the better part of 30 years. Hasn't changed much in that time. It's a clean and dry place to sleep near the center of Swanton and Lake Champlain. Not modern but comfortable. Family run establishment. Not the most efficient but it makes up for it in hospitality
