No way to get ahold of anyone by phone for debit card problems even when bank is opened service number goes unanswered just might switch banks if i can sad day now stuck till i can actually walk in to the bank in person

The tellers and administrators have always been helpful in working out/through problems associated with identity theft, check issues, and other related issues. They all have been personable, kind, and welcoming in their transactions and interactions with me. They address me by name which adds to their personable nature. I have been a member for almost 10 years, and will continue to do business with this great group of people.

RVCU is one of the last small local banks in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bank has a great smartphone app.
