What delightful customer service! The staff here are so friendly and helpful and courteous. I love coming in and seeing them. They are always patient with me in picking out the right size boxes and choosing the right shipping mode. Thank you for being a great highlight here in North Troy!

My wife has packages marked as delivered but never received them they said they couldn't do anything about them. This has been going on for a year now they should make sure that it's put in the right box or hold it at the post office and notify us. Things need to change

Had been getting calls from friends and family that my letters were being sent back from them from our post office, I went over to see what was going on. When I got to there both the employee and the "Postmaster" Marcel Garneau, had a very large attitude, when I gave them my address they knew exactly what I was talking about, "oh, THAT address, we don't know who lives there and its not our responsibility to find out and leave their mail there"
