After two months of disappointment, for reasons that are no longer necessary to mention, I made a follow up call to customer service credit card department. The person that answered was the most professional, patient and understanding customer care representative that I've spoken with since December 1st. She just happened to be in the loop of reps answering CS calls. Her name is Rebecca and she's from Vergennes, VT. All I can say is that if everyone did their job the way this person did, my problem would have been solved a long time ago. She was genuine, kind and knowledgeable assuring me that SHE would follow up with the last person that I spoke with, that told ME to call back in 2-3 business days (mind you after 2 months of an unsolved issue), and that she would make sure that someone, if not her, would be in contact with me. I got that call today, 2 days later! I am not here to write bad reviews for anyone, it's been a tough road for all of us. Having customer care from someone that knew nothing about my situation and simply did her job, was the most rewarding experience that I've had in a very long time. Wow, this may sound "out there" but I would be very proud if that was my daughter or if I was her employer! Thank you to Rebecca!!! Respectfully, Mrs. Handren
