Our mail man keeps putting our neighbors mail in our box it's getting ridiculous

The staff are generally nice and polite, however, I encountered a very rude woman who cut me in line today (after I had patiently waited for my turn). The staff did not call her out or tell her to go back in line.

The men behind the counter today were so helpful and hilarious while helping me with my passport today. I was late for my appointment and they were understanding and I appreciated that. Well worth the drive to avoid Middlebury.
