I brought my car to Albert when it started acting up while I was on vacation. Turns out the engine was shot. He was so great about figuring out next steps, got me hooked up with a scrapper, and was so professional about the whole thing. I appreciate how straightforward and honest he was about every step. Also, Ryan kindly got me to a rental place to arrange new transportation and was also incredibly kind.
I want them to close up shop and move to my town. They'd have a lifelong customer.

I called him at 6 o’clock on a Sunday evening with a rock in my tire and he helped me out with patching it then he found a nail head in the same tire, he definitely saved me as I drive for a living and needed my tire fixed asap and with nobody in the area open after 5 especially on a Sunday. I couldn’t b any happier with his willing to help and his professionalism, I would recommend him.

Super responsive, very honest, quick quality work. Called him Wednesday afternoon, dropped the car off Wednesday evening and by the time I got home he called me telling me he was wrapping up the quote and the job could be completed by 10 am the next day. Highly recommend.

Albert is an awesome guy! I gave him a call this morning to get some work done on my brakes, he took me in the same day, almost immediately, he also got straight to work on it having it done in a couple hours, if you’re going somewhere local go to Albert’s! He’s also very reasonable and honest!

Albert is awesome. Took my 2005 Honda pilot to him for diagnostics and he gave me a full estimate and break down. He even showed me what was wrong with my vehicle by taking me into his shop. Very knowledgeable and kind. Will absolutely be returning to him for future needs.

Broke down on the NH/VT state line at 8pm on a Friday, was able to get in touch with Albert that night and had AAA tow my car to his shop. He got started figuring out the problem (alternator failure) and ordering parts on Saturday morning (!) and the car was fixed by 1pm. Albert was generous with his time, got us out of a major bind, and did the job right. Great communication, extremely convenient hours, and I also appreciated the detailed invoice by email.

We are on a road trip from Connecticut to Northern Vermont and my daughter and
I broke down in Brattleboro. She found Albert’s on google. He answered the phone immediately and even though he wasn’t at the shop, he walked us through who to call for a tow and advised us what to do. The towing company Brattleboro towing was amazing and he fixed our car in his driveway, and we were on our way! I could not recommend Albert more, it was an amazing experience during a stressful time. His kindness and care were very appreciated!

Found Albert's on a whim while looking for an auto service shop on Google. He was open on a Sunday evening! Not only was he available, but he was also professional and personable over the phone. Was going to only get oil done. I did ask him to check front end. When he sent me the pictures of my brakes l was still only going to do my oil. Talked to him long enough to understand (as an industrial mechanic). That he knew what he was saying and he was doing right by me.

It is very rare that a young person just starting out in business has it all together but Albert returns phone calls, makes your problem a priority, gets you in ASAP, fixes your problem then charges you a fair price. Doesn't get much better than that.
