Good people and services. I had a car that I was planning to buy and was able to get it inspected and thoroughly checked out for a very reasonable price. My flat tire was also prepared here very quickly. Perfect location.

Made an appointment for two cars to be inspected on short notice, one of them was also an oil service. Prompt and very pleasant service, price was reasonable.Great experience!

HAPS takes advantage of being the only garage in town! I brought in brand new set of rims and tires mounted and balanced and put them on my car. They charged me $50 to break down and swap tires rebrand , and re-balance. What I question this I was told that’s the way it works. Because I bought my own rims and tires they did not have to break anything down. The receptionist had no answer except that’s the way it works. Definitely not recommended especially if you have out-of-state plates I was quoted $65 when I made the appointment, but that changed after they have possession of my keys. So it may be inconvenient. I would highly recommend using anybody else I, for sure will never use their services again.

It's too bad this is the only service for 20 miles. They really take advantage got charged $100 to put on my already mounted and balanced snow. Tires did not have to break anything down. They did not have to swap just had to balance and install. I should've remembered six years ago they charged my girlfriend $600 to put on brake pads and rotors. If they had expert technicians in there it would be one thing but when you have the secretary mounting tires, there is no professionalism! I got charged $45 extra for having out-of-state plates. They're very nice and friendly was given a price of $65 but was made to pay $100 before I can get my keys back.

Helped us out in a pinch. We were on a trip through Vermont, and after a Tire Warehouse had to break a lug nut off to get a tire off to fix a leak, we were in Warren with a car that had a tire with four out of five lug nuts. Since I knew it might be a part they might not have, I stopped at the auto parts store down the street, picked up the lug nut and stem, and brought it to Hap's. They had it fixed 20 minutes later and it cost 20 bucks.

My tires weren't seated properly the first time and had to be redone. At least they didn't charge for it.
