Shaw's, like so many businesses in the area, has friendly and helpful employees, a good selection of fresh produce, and I was very pleased with their selection of meats (especially steak).

Deli was closed at 3:45 on Saturday afternoon. Person physically standing in the deli not willing to help.

Check your receipts carefully - I was charged for two items twice on my receipt - a 20$ overcharge- the employees need more training. When I returned for the refund I was charged again for one of the items before a refund was completed for 2x. They should have a policy that overcharges like this discovered by the customer once they arrive home are refunded and the item is given for free as a token for going through the hassle and time to return. It’s one of two grocery stores in the valley - if there were more options I’d avoid - I hope someone from corporate reads this and realizes this Shaws is understaffed and undertrained

Just shopped there Friday Jan 10. Not sure what happened to this store since last winter but today it was a shambles. So many missing items, produce aisle full of wilting vegetables and no exaggeration, some of it rotten. Meat aisle picked over, freezer sections missing many items. Truly a surprising and disappointing visit.

Shaws in waitsfield is gotta be the dirtiest store in their chain! Also it employs smelly toothless disgusting people to work the registers. Case in point the cashier jenny is old an the most annoying person employeed there! She constantly smells like an ashtray and never shuts up with annoying chatter. Bordering on unprofessional sexual talk misconduct making most customers uncomfortable! My family will not shop when this annoying person is working ! Not to mention how dirty it is in that store! Especially meat department! Yet noone has the balls to do anything about it!! That store should spare us all and close
