Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Staff is overworked due to vacancies. The building is small and crowded with packages, including some from Amazon. Probably many OSHA violations.

Excellent service , all the time.
We had a fake online company try to defraud us with a fake tracking number and the post master was a great help in getting the dispute resolved and our money refunded.

I have always found the people that work at the Waitsfield, VT post office helpful and friendly. I wonder if people really realize how lucky we are to have this kind of service...
