Service is quite good. When you call, a human answers. I had an outage and they sent a tech that day and restored service. The rates for cable and internet are very high. Very.

Switched from cable to fiber optic, everything worked,,,,,, but one of three TV's couldn't run it's proprietary free station app. Evan at Waitsfield Cable dug in with me and stayed on the case for days until solved. They actually have people who solve problems!
