Switched from cable to fiber optic, everything worked,,,,,, but one of three TV's couldn't run it's proprietary free station app. Evan at Waitsfield Cable dug in with me and stayed on the case for days until solved. They actually have people who solve problems!

Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. The Tech team has always been helpful as well. No problems with any of the people there at all!My problem is the price for internet monthly ($72) is for 10mbps. This is not common in any other areas i've seen.Other areas have 50+mbps for $65 not even in a city or hugely populous areas. All my content buffers and is pretty slow generally. Would never think about gaming or doing any massive downloads/streams here. We just got upgraded to fiber also.I'm not paying $90 for 50mbps especially this day in age when bandwidth isn't so hard to come by nationwide. Also, they disconnect it pretty quickly then put $20 dollar reconnection fees (the system reconnects it automatically).The billing is incessant also. I pay a couple of months at a time because it's my dumpy vacation shack and I sometimes forget to pay, and then as soon as I pay there is another notice that I owe again. It's frustrating.

I've always had great customer service from Waitsfield Cable. Any time I've had an internet problem, they have very patiently walked me through a series of tests and provided solutions. Very, very nice people to work with!

We reported a minor problem with one channel of HDTV being off the air. Very easy to get though to someone who took the details. Shortly later we received a call back that confirmed the problem was at the head end and it would be fixed very shortly. It was. First class service - thanks.

I have had nothing but great interactions. The phone customer service has been extraordinary. Helpful, efficient, funny and going the extra mile. Yesterday my new cable box pooped out. The customer service agent tried diligently to help us trouble shoot over the phone, to no avail. She put in a work order, I then told her I had some folks coming to stay in a day, could we get it fixed by that time, oh, did I mention, it was 4pm. No promises but she was going to do her best. Within an hour a very nice service tech dropped off a new box, waited to make sure we got it up and running and we were good to go. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!
