Joel was very quick to call me when I submitted a USPS missing mail claim - within at most an hour I received a call. Unfortunately I missed the call, but he left a nice voice mail and explained the delay in delivering a package to a client. I appreciate this post office for being so quick and helpful! My package was delayed for delivery in the area due to muddy roads, which is completely understandable.

I had a very bad experience with this establishment’s phone service. The attendant was extremely rude and showed no willingness to help me solve my issue. Instead of trying to find a solution, they seemed impatient and uninterested. Such service discourages any customer and gives a terrible impression of the company. I hope they improve their customer support because, as it is, I do not recommend it.

Clerk was incredibly rude and seemed dedicated to entering into his interactions with vitriol rather than kindness. He also was not wearing a mask, despite postings requiring that customers do so. Try FedEx?
