I've been using this shop for about 4 years. They always have time to give me answers about what's going on with my bike. I just bought a Ebike from them. I had been shopping online for a new one and priced the ones on Bicycle Express's site. I took a ride down to talk to Noah get his feedback.. I told Noah I wanted to get my bike from them but I couldn't spend what the new ones cost on their site. He asked me what I was looking to spend and found me a great deal on a new Scott He emailed me the bike details. I was able to look at the bike and read about what was posted about it on the Web. I'm so glad I took the time to get their opinion. Knowing how great they have been servicing my old bike made me really want to do more business with them. I got an awesome bike for an excellent price andI know they will take care of me for any service. I've had the bike a few days now and got what I wanted for a great price and was able to purchase it at Bicycle Express.

Our family’s Local Bike Shop LBS for the last 4 years. Everyone is knowledgeable or can refer to someone else in the shop who has expertise. The team is kind, helpful and straightforward about timing and costs and all else. And they help organize rides, events, clinics, and with trail work giving back to the community. IMO the team at bicycle express goes above and beyond. We’re really happy they’re here and well trusted by many in the community.

This bike shop is amazing! We were in from out of town and had an e bike issue. They diagnosed it and fixed it quickly so we could keep riding and not have to rent a bike. Once again so appreciative for the help they gave us and our trip was not ruined. If I was local this would be my go to bike shop!

Bought a Kona Process 134 cr/dl from Bicycle Express in December ‘23. I was questioning whether to get a medium or large. The owner asked some questions about me and my riding style and advised me to buy a medium, which I did. Love the bike and it fits. The bike was assembled and shipped to me at reasonable price. It was simple to unbox it and get it ready to ride. The whole buying experience was stress free. Great shop!

I go to this bike shop because of Elisa, the bike mechanic there. As a cyclist for 15 years, I rarely see bike shops with mechanics who are women. So, it's great to have Elisa @ Bicycle Express - she really is the reason I go to this shop. I trust her and am always so impressed by the work she does on my bikes. I am grateful for Elisa's expertise, professionalism, incredible knowledge, and her ability to hear what I need or what I'm looking for and make it happen.

Bicycle Express went above and beyond to get my fork serviced when no seal kits were available for them to order. They shipped my fork directly to Rock shox for service and rock shox even covered new lowers for my 3 year old fork under warranty. In the final shipment back to me my fork was somehow lost in the UPS system. Bicycle Express did everything they could to find my fork but it was nowhere to be found. Bicycle Express sent me a brand new Rock Shox fork exact model that came on my bike that I purchased from them. Noah and crew definitely stand behind their sales and their service, I would highly recommend Bicycle Express to anyone. Thank you for the 5 star customer service!!

I recently purchased a new Pivot bike from the team at Bicycle Express, replacing a 10 year old Pivot that I loved. The customer service was amazing. They helped me to make a decision on which bike in the Pivot line would be best for me without be salesy or pushy. They spent time dialing in my bike at pick-up and educating me on upgrades that were new to me. They were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but most of all kind and enthusiastic! Thank you!
