Dude great bike shop and great service. Flew in for a long weekend from Denver and wanted to get some laps in. They hooked it up with a great Santa Cruz Hightower, clean bike, no issues. And it’s always a plus when the shop guys are a vibe - 10/10 would recommend. Shout out Noah!!

I took my bicycle Bicycle Express in Waterbury to have some work done on it. The work was done within the time required and the staff is outstanding. Must helpful and friendly. There are my go-to bicycle shop.

I was really impressed when I went in as they had a great selection of bikes, gear and snacks. Noah and his staff made me feel welcome as a new customer. I was shipping a bike which they were able to do on the next business day. So glad I made the trip.

On the last last day of a 5-day gravel bikepacking trip, my rear brake stopped working. We rolled in just after 10 and they put my bike right in the stand, made repair quickly and had me back out on the road to finish our final epic day. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Among the best bike shop experiences I have ever had.

I did not have a bike problem, but rather a jogging stroller problem. they did not send me away with my big stroller and helped me with kindness and efficiency. We will definitely be back for all of our family’s bike needs!
