“We had an easy time stopping in for last minute gravel bike rentals and the worker was awesome, gave us some really great recs for routes to try out. We were a little bummed by them nudging us to do a 2 day rental and telling us we could return early and refund a day, but not telling us about their remote drop off location. We rented on a Saturday night right before close, they were closed Sunday, and when we went first thing Monday morning to return them and hoped to be refunded a day, they told us they couldn’t refund us.”
