It was fun to sample a few cheeses, but it feels a little hollow and sparse here. Would love to see more about the history and goings on of Cabot. But it’s mostly retail. For what it is, though, it is very good.

Tourist trap. Crowded, parking is a nightmare, Porta potties, over priced. Pepper cheese sample was delicious. Syrup seemed to average $6-8 per ounce.
