Dropped into a functional fitness class for the first time and it was great. I know a couple of members who train there and it did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend!

WFF is a super welcoming gym with a very knowledgeable and supportive staff. The coaches were able to modify the movements to accommodate my injury while maintaining the integrity of the workout. Highly recommended!
