I never made the connection of fertility health and massage therapy until I was recommended to visit Kate. I was a couple of years into my journey to parenthood without success. I came to realize my hormone balances were askew and this was my biggest barrier to pregnancy. I was recommended to try massage therapy to help regulate my hormone levels, and Kate was the perfect fit for me. She listened to my story and treated me with such understanding and grace. We worked together to get the most out of our sessions, I always left feeling at peace in my body. I truly believe visiting Kate along with changes in diet and exercise helped me regulate my hormones and eventually led to me getting pregnant… twice! Thank you Kate, I will be a forever client and am so appreciate of the work that you do.

So this is a long-time coming; I had a private yoga session with Kate around Christmas time. I am a life-long fairly competitive athlete, with an intensely private nature. While I do "my own" yoga practice almost daily, I don't often attend classes because I really just don't "vibe well" in groups (even loving, warm, accepting groups). For me, yoga is private, non-competitive, relaxing and freeing physically, but most importantly mentally. I tend toward hatha and even yin styles of yoga rather than ashtanga or any other faster-paced flow.I received a gift certificate for a private yoga session with Kate and while I was intrigued by (and very interested in) having my form, shape and positioning critiqued and hopefully fine-tuned, I wasn't super-keen on "sharing" my yoga in a 1-on-1 environment and was borderline uncomfortable with it. How wrong I was....this was the single best overall health/well-being thing that I have had the joy of attending. The yoga was perfect, the fine-tuning was welcome and spot-on, and I was filled with gratitude for the time I got to spend with Kate.Kate was knowledgeable, well-spoken, inquisitive and present - there is nothing, literally nothing, that I could have even hoped for different than what I received during my session.Please don't think twice if this is "for you"; if you have gotten to the point of even considering it, I promise you that it is...

Kate's detox program was rewarding. It made me very aware of how much food and drinks affect my energy level. I consider myself a pretty healthy eater, but the detox made me aware of some of my unconscious snacking habits. The meals in her plan were filling and not as restrictive as I anticipated; plus, there were lots of options. I recommend this detox to everyone as the 5-day duration is manageable and it is reassuring to have a knowledgeable and gentle leader like Kate guiding you.

Kate's Spring Detox for beginners was AMAZING. I felt supported and her recipes were easy, fun and yummy! She really helped each of us prepare the weekend before the 5-day detox and then supported us each and every day with any ups and downs folks experienced. I enjoyed every day of it! If you're feeling sluggish, out of sync, or just wanting to do something good for yourself, check out Kate Greenleaf's detox program. Easy and affordable. I made some permanent changes from this experience that I was carry with me. OH! And to end the perfect detox week, I had scheduled a fabulous massage with Kate that Friday...Perfect ending of a perfect week!

I can't recommend Kate Greenleaf's yoga classes enough! She is passionate and knowledgeable in her delivery with a gentle, low pressure approach that makes room for all kinds of people and abilities to feel right at home. Holistic is not just a buzz word for her, it's a commitment. She has a way of setting the stage to allow everyone in the room to go at their own speed, inside their own inquiry, and in their own comfort zone. Her intelligent and graceful guidance, backed by years of continued study, provides an experience that matter where my mind and body are that day, I can start there and leave class with an increased sense of comfort in my body, peace in my heart, and promise for the week ahead. There's no better way to start my week!

Time with Kate is healing, grounding, and therapeutic. She has created a space that is relaxing and consistently adjusts her approach to match my needs (even needs I didn't know I have!).
