Very rude and disrespectful manager. I came to visit mother from Las Vegas, she asked me to organize her storage stuff (she has medical issues). After about 2 hours, I have to sit in my car to cool off (very hot). The very rude,disrespectful, and unprofessional Older Lady knocked on my window and said I had to leave, I've been here too long!!!! I couldn't believe it, I was shocked. And said it with an attitude. Then after putting things back in locking up and driving out, my Mother called and said the lady called and said I can stay????!!! Unbelievable...

Not sure if things have changed... used this storage yard so and never had a problem. Then I went to talk about renting again. Seen bad reviews on here but didn't witness anything bad. The head lay was very nice and they were extremely patient
