I had a great experience getting my car detailed at snowfire yesterday. I was a little nervous that they would take one look at it and laugh because it’s a VERY dirty farm vehicle that my parents refuse to sit in. But I picked it up later that day and it was spotless! This is our second car purchased at Snowfire. While I would normally hate going through the process of buying a car, Bill made it stressless and he was more than fair. He spent so many hours (literally) responding to our phone calls, emails, and even texts. He has followed up several times to make sure the vehicle is running perfect. Both cars were a major purchase for our family. Several times when we decided we couldn't "pull the trigger" Bill was understanding and empathetic. No joke, he actually looked at reviews of other cars we were interested in (that he wasn't selling) to let us know of the pros and cons. It was like having a brother-in-law car guy. I know that his goal was was to sell us these amazing cars. With that, as hesitant as I was, Bill was honest and understanding. I never thought I would say that I actually trusted a salesman, but here I am.

What an amazing car buying process! I've bought and sold a lot of cars (over 15 at this point), and the process at Snowfire was hands down the most transparent and easy process I've done to date. Extremely professional crew there - they were honest about the car and what it needed and allowed me to decide if I wanted to fix or DIY. No hidden garbage and the car was better than I expected. Sales was extremely efficient, paperwork all ready when I got there and I was in and out in 5 minutes (I already had financing and we agreed on the price). Very smooth! It's hard to find a good/honest used car dealer, however, I'm confident others will have the same experience I had there. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!

Had new tires and rims mounted by Snowfire Auto, but they did not check the Tire Pressure Monitor afterwards, which said the installation had malfunctioned. It forced me to return to there and waste more time waiting for them to fix the problem. Very unprofessional in my view.

I inherited a vehicle and brought it in for a full interior detail. The car had some surface stains and needed a good armoral. Nothing major. They did an overall good job but wrote on the invoice that they couldn't get all the stains out of the seats and he couldnt move back seats due to objects/dirt in tracks. I was able to get EVERY stain out of the seats using Woolite Upholstery/Carpet cleaner in less than a half an hour. The track had some dust as its hidden (but no objects as stated on invoice) and was completely cleaned with no problems so there was no reason that shouldn't have been able to be done if I could do it. While I'm thankful that the majority of the job was done, I paid good money to end up having to finish the job myself after being told it would look like new but I'm happy that it now looks that way now.Service: Auto detailing

I brought my new car to them for the first time last year. It was during covid so I had to write out a note with what I wanted done, which was mount and balance the rims and tires I had in the trunk of my car but to not install them on the car since I did not have the correct lug nuts yet for the winter wheels. When I picked up the car (after hours) I saw that they had dismounted my brand new OEM wheels and installed the snow tires on them. So instead of having 2 functional sets of wheels, I now have my winter tires on my OEM wheels and my summer tire not mounted at all. I checked the bill to see what the service writer had requested and they had correctly interpreted my instructions. So I figured it was just an honest mistake made by the tire tech and I could pretty easily have it corrected.I called them a few times in the next couple days trying to get through to them and left a message that they didn't follow up on. When I finally did get them on the phone they were initially very understanding and said that they would correct the mistake but that they were very busy at the time and they were hesitant to schedule an appointment since they were so backed up. I figured since at least had my snow tires on that I could wait a couple months and schedule something then. Ever since then they have either not answered the phone or said they were too backed up to schedule an appointment. Most recently I called and explained the whole story again and then asked when I could schedule an appointment, they said they really weren’t taking any new appointments and said “it sounds like you might want to call around to some other shops”. No... I wanted you guys to correct your mistake and I shouldn’t have to beg and yell for you to fix it. I’ll never take my car there again and I would never recommend them to anyone.Mistakes happen but it is how you handle them that shows your true nature.Service: Tyres
