Convenient location, no ATM fees (for me at least). I didn't need to use an teller services so I can't speak for those. ATM area was clean and is card access after the branch closes..

Just open an account as a savings account member. Process went quickly & effortlessly easy. Service consultant was professional and timely.

I live part time out of state and the VSECU phone and online service is very helpful and accomodating.

Nice folks but antiquated business practices. Got a loan for insulation. No way to pay your loan online unless you use their savings account. Otherwise you have to use their "coupon books" and the US Mail. Even then it is very slow processing and had a number of late notices. Very annoying and now having to deal with Credit Bureaus now. (We have A+ credit.. FYI)

I've been with at least half a dozen different banks in the last 30 years (CEFCU, Chittenden, TD Bank, Merchants, Bank North, etc) and none of them compare to VSECU. I highly recommend their services.

I switched from Union Bank after using them for more than 20 years. Ashley was super helpful, polite, and answered all my 1 million questions! The tap to pay with the debit card is a huge plus.

This is my bank. I have been using the Vermont State Employees' Credit Union for a little over Fifteen years now. I have watched them grow and even when things were tough, like right after Hurricane Irene, they didn't even think twice about helping out all around Vermont. I am glad that the E in VSECU changed from Employees to Everyone in Vermont. Because they know as well as I that we Vermonters have always stuck together. And VSECU has been proud to be a part of it. I would not switch to another bank or credit union at any point in the past, and I'll never switch to any other bank/credit union in the future. I am Vermont Strong because WE are Vermont Strong!

Came in to add a checking account 15 minutes before close knowing it would be quick but the staff was very rude saying they needed to leave even though it wasn't time for them to close.
