Greg was literally my life saver. Got rear ended coming back from Okemo with a long roadtrip back to Maryland. Went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me make sure my car was drivable back home. You could not be in more trustworthy hands when leaving your car with Greg. 100% recommend!!!!

We highly recommend this shop. Greg does amazing work. Our daughter's 2006 Toyota Tundra never looked so good. The estimate was fair and the schedule was met even when the door came all the way from Africa. The truck has a new bumper, door and side. All matching and looks like new.

Nothing short of amazing. We were due to trade our 2015 CR-V at Upper Valley Honda (last Monday, ) 12/19, for a new one that afternoon...deal had already been agreed to...except a deer jumped in front of our trade that morning. I can't say enough good about Martel's Body Shop in Perkinsville. Greg recommended we meet the adjuster at his shop. Met the adjuster Wednesday, he and Greg agreed to the repairs, Thursday the CR-V was stripped, we picked up our repaired car this morning and traded it this afternoon. I fully expected the new car dealership to negotiate a lesser trade-in due the deer hit...they didn't. Kudos to both Martel's Body Shop and Upper Valley Honda for operating ethically.Services: Painting

If anyone knows me i am Bow Sargent (Royal) I am a very honest and critical person when it comes to anyone who is doing a job for me, but i have to tell you Greg Martel knows his stuff and goes way beyond just being a body man, he makes sure customers are completely satisfied with what you asked to be done, I have taken my truck to others for minor touch up and small dents and to be honest i now see the difference in their work compared to Martel's , so now i will not take my vehicles to anyone else and he got it done 2 days sooner then was allowed 5 stars and thank you Martel's Auto Body
