I received an invoice saying I used 100 miles more than what I used, charging $100 more than it should. Is this a joke? I sent an email contesting the price and haven't heard back yet. Avoid if you can, they are going to rip you off.

Whole process was quick, easy, flawless. No extra or hidden fees. Nice staff. Very professional & convenient location. Van was in perfect condition.
