Quite often when I'm making an appointment for my dogs the receptionist asks me which vet do I want. I always say it doesn't matter because they are all really good. Would not go anywhere else and I've been with them for 20 years and four dogs.

My boyfriend was there for almost 2 hours waiting this week for a simple check. Tech and reception were good with questions, unsure why it took so long with what was done. It is very cold to be waiting in the car for almost 2 hours for what should have been a quick check. Understood it was a new doctor but we ended up at another clinic as waiting for that long still did not give us good answers

Called these people for help with an emergency. I have a new kitten, sick with the sniffles yesterday - raging sinus infection this morning. This is the only office open this morning (saturday) and they refused her. I don't know what to do. Bastards.

Terrible even considering Covid. They had my cats records but because I had not been in yet they considered me a new patient and offered no reasonable way to get me in. I requested my records be transferred to West Mountain Animal Hospital. They said they did, but they didn't. Happy ending: West Mountain was fabulous to my cats, to me and they will handle getting my records.

We always had great care here, with our dog as she was dying and in caring for our new pup.

We had a great experience with this vet! They were friendly, accommodating, and courteous. They gook great care of our little girl and she's much better now.
