Austrian Haus Lodge is a rustic, clean, economical ski lodge located just a few minutes from Mt Snow ski fields and within ten minutes of bars and restaurants. It offers a sauna and a heated pool, and a free shuttle bus and free parking for guests. Breakfast is cold, with cereal, oats, coffee and toast, but no eggs, bacon, waffles or pancakes. The renovated bathroom has warm showers and heating in both the bathroom and bedroom, though some rooms are a bit outdated and some guests noted the lack of a refrigerator. The owners are kind and helpful, and the staff are friendly. Guests enjoy the homemade Indian food, the nearby super cool brewery with live music, and the old school Vermont feel. It is an affordable vintage lodge that is well maintained and a perfect basecamp for skiing. Many recommend staying again for its great service, care and the chance to lay your head after a day on the slopes.

Great value for money, Worlds nicest owners, Great Indian food, great heating, also great location. The only thing I would say was I could hear everything above me easily.

Very nice place but seriously out dated. Still has carpet from very long time ago. Host welcomed us with great generosity. The place just needs deep cleaning.
