Great shop! I’ve needed assistance with my bindings a couple of times this season and these guys helped me out big time. The first time I went in I expected to get robbed because I was at a resort. I’m happy to say that didn’t happen. He helped me fix it at no charge. It only took him a minute or so, but that kind of stuff goes a long way with me. When my kid and I needed a few items, I waited and bought them when I got to Mt Snow. I like giving cool people my business. I needed them again today and a totally different guy helped me out and saved my whole day. These guys were a big influence when I decided to buy a season pass here for next year. Next time I need a new board I’ll buy it there too. I saw my Arbor in there for the same price I paid. Total pros and great people. Thanks again guys.

Bought bindings here only to find out its $60 cheaper else where. Tried to return it right away, wouldn't take returns and have a bad attitude. Stay away from this shop.

I bought a part that the sales staff said would work on any board. It only works on specific boards... When I went to return it the 'manager' refused to do a refund because I took objection to bring called a liar about not receiving a receipt. He then began to lecture me on general commerce. I asked for his supervisor, and the guy actually claimed he had no supervisor. So I had to waste 30 minutes finding his supervisor. Once I found the supervisor she quickly and kindly made the refund. Don't bother with this place.
