The staff was super nice and friendly when we picked up our equipment. However, it seems like they are not equipped to handle snowboard rentals. While they have a nice selection on ski equipment, they have a very limited supply of snowboards. Whatever they do have is old and barley functional. I realized on the mountain that the binding on my board was shaking. When I complained to the shop, they told me "this is what rental bindings are like."
I paid for additional rentals somewhere else. They gave me $25 credit.

Great place to rent skis and equipment at reasonable prices. They open until midnight on Fridays so you can get your skis the night before you hit the slopes. The two gentlemen who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable.

We arrived in Dover and settled into our accomodation then saw this team was open until midnight! We got the kids out of bed and went down there at 10:30pm. They were great! We sorted gear and helmets for everyone and loaded it up for the next day. Very professional and great with the kids.

The service at this rental place is amazing, on a Friday night they stayed late to make sure our entire group got rentals. They are experts with a great selection, and very friendly, with great prices as well.

Rental prices are fair ($30 per adult, $20 per child) but service is too slow. At 9:30AM Friday on a holiday week, there was ONE employee total. One poor guy to process rental forms, fit boots and bindings, and then run across the room to ring you up at the cash register. If there is more than one car parked in front when you arrive, I suggest you keep driving and find a place that's better staffed.

Very disappointed with high altitude. The rental gear, including gloves, clothes, and pants, was old and damaged with holes. The ski equipment was a bigger letdown - the snowboards my friends received were loose and the ski shoes were incorrectly sized (I got a size 11 instead of my actual 9.5). This forced me to rent extra gear from another shop in Stratton, causing unnecessary hassle and expense. Highly unprofessional and ruins the skiing experience. Not recommended

Amazing price and really kind workers. They gave us great and relatively new equipment for around $25 a day. Best place near Stowe.

Friendliest people in town! Martin was super helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants/activities near by. Skiis and board rentals were in top shape, we’ll be back!

disappointing snowboard rentals/experience. I chose to rent here after a call on the phone a week before which whoever picked up the phone offered suggestions on gear, shops near, in general going way above and beyond. Gear quality was OK, their bindings setup for beginners was setup aggressive for a beginner -- I would rather rent elsewhere.I came into the store on a Friday night during president week and the feeling my girlfriend and I got was they couldn't be bothered and we were an inconvenience. Even asking questions about what gear they had left to rent felt like we were really asking too much.I totally understand the employees were probably burnt out from the busy week but I would have rather rented elsewhere.

I called for pricing and was told one thing, showed up a week later to rent with them and was very surprised at checkout... I was charged $60 more (2 Ski sets). I was headed straight to the mountain, so I wasn't going to argue with the guy, but did question it and he said, "Really, well I'm looking at the chart right here and that's what it is". Hate feeling like I got scammed a little on that transaction. Maybe I'll check out another place next time. Also, I'd be cool if the owner contacts me and makes it right. I'll revise this review depending on what happens. Let's see.

My boyfriend and I rented skis from here over the weekend and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and they are very reasonably priced. Will return again!

Do not come here for snowboarding rental. Lady had no idea what she was talking about, took 45mins to get rentals. OLD gear and warn out. Only had 2 boots in the larger size. Only a few boards.
