I paid online and received instructions for accessing my storage unit.That part was fine. The unit itself was not cleaned and prepared as described.Lots of cobwebs, dirt and suspiciously moldy chunks along the edges.As well as a few dirty ancient-looking packets of poison in the gaping corners of the door. All this for just $106 per month!

I really like that the gate is open most of the day and i dont have to put in the passcode a whole lot. Really liked their personal able call from the office, like the simplicity of signing up online and also the free and 50% off the next month discount they have
I do have some suggestions:
*Would prefer pictures of units before buying, video would also help i dont know about size of units beforehand
*a trash receptacle on premise would be very helpful for new movers as well as people leaving the facility and a place to put boxes that others can use who may need for moving in or out.
*lights working on all outdoor buildings
*a designated space to put free items if someone would like to give an item.
Thank you for the quiet place to store items for my family. 😀

I would gladly give this facility a 5 star review if it were not for the road you have to drive through to access the gate. It's absolutely atrocious. It's a dirt road, which I understand is very common here in VT. Personally, I like dirt roads. But they have to be maintained and this road seems like it hasn't been maintained in YEARS. There are dozens of potholes, some bigger than the vehicles I drive in with. Definitely large enough to damage the suspension or undercarriage of some vehicles
And when we call to try to talk to someone about it, we are told it's a shared road and they can't fix it because the other business whom shares the road doesn't want to pay. SO WHAT??? You're going to let your customers suffer and possibly damage their vehicles because the other business won't go in on the road with you? How much could it possibly cost to fill in holes in a dirt road? Even if it's thousands, it's the RIGHT THING to do for YOUR customers and I'm sure a business with such little overhead and so many monthly payments can float the few extra hundred or potentially thousands of dollars.
The facility itself is nice, the barbed wire fence is nice, the gate is nice and our storage unit is nice. But if any of my friends or family asked my opinion on this location, I would advise them to go elsewhere because the pot holes are SO BAD. If it wasn't for proximity to my home and the barbed wire fence, I would leave in a heartbeat. Currently looking for other options at the moment. Fix the road and I'll make it 5 stars.

Signed up online. They literally called,texted, and emailed multiple times from different numbers and addresses. The harassment was the absolute worst.

I received confirmation phone calls, asking if I had any questions, staff was always courteous. All information came in a timely manner, website was very easy to navigate. I never felt “alone“. Absolutely would recommend to others. Thank you very much for your professionalism. Very impressive.
