“I went there on a Saturday morning. There was no line of cars. The one lady that was there took her time doing a pre-wash procedure around the entire exterior. I went through & she was waiting by the exit & dried the remaining water drops from the exterior. I thanked her & it turns out that she is the owner (Lady Rich). Very nice woman. I'll go there again at some point.”
“Had originally an issue with not getting a receipt and unable to use the 5 car wash deal. Submitted supported request to the owners. The owners followed up and sent me the code via text.They responded via email within a week, but it went into spam.
All resolved now. Thank you.”

“Got in line. There were two vehicles ahead of me. But I had been there before and realized that the reason that the place is good, and that's why it was busy. It's like the old address about knowing that the chow house will be good because of all the trucks parked in the lot.
Waited awhile, then decided to use the self-service option. Big mistake. Couldn't figure it out, and the card-taking machine there wasn't helping me. I couldn't risk just putting my card into the device when I didn't know how much of a bill I would run up.
So I pulled out and found that the automatic wash lanes were still backed up. If I had just stayed in line there, I would have been done and on my way. The place is so good that it's difficult to get in and out quickly.”
