Wow. What a great team. I damaged the tailgate of my car, and was nervous about the whole process of dealing with insurance and the repair. Sean (and everyone I talked with there) was so helpful and kind. My car looks great. They even detailed the interior for me! They go above and beyond and are a class act.

Superb service, from start to finish. Cutting the angle too fine trying to drive our Forester into the garage, your correspondent achieved two unhappy results: a nicely damaged bumper and a red face. Jasmin did a beautiful job repairing the first. The necessary work and the price were carefully explained; the repair was completed as promised (good as new); and the car was returned meticulously cleaned inside and out. For this client, their reputation for excellence is much deserved. (My normal facial complexion has been restored.)

Called in November to schedule my auto body repair. First available appointment was in mid-January, which I accepted. Less than a week out from my appointment, I received a call from Jasmin advising that they were backed up and that my appointment would need to be pushed out another 30 or 60 days. Less than a weeks' notice after waiting two months for an appointment is unacceptable and poor customer service. I have since heard from others I know that the same issue also happened to them. I was able to secure an appointment for the same week with a competing body shop and cancelled my appointment with Jasmin.
