“I've had my CPAP for over a year and due to a number of personal factors I never got any replacement parts. Needless to say,everything was a bit worn out. The respiratory therapist I worked with, I think her name was Julie, inspected each piece of equipment carefully, explained what my insurance would pay for in terms of new equipment and how often, and then helped me try two different styles of masks that would address some of the problems I had with the old mask. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and helped clear up some confusion I had with my machine. I would completely recommend working with them for CPAP supplies.”
