When you order a biscuit you think they will warm it up for you they tell you to use the microwave never seen such a place does that š also when you order a drumstick and a wing it was so small that should have just ordered the chicken wings not a good place won't go back

Well for the 2nd time in a month didnāt get what we ordered or what we ordered was so burnt one couldnāt eat it. Yet they still handed over a bag of burnt chicken. HOUSEHOLD OF 5 will never order again. You lost a good amount of customers all in one sitting!

Store great...used ATM and charge you 3.50 a pop..I had to use x3. Feel like they should up the amount you can take out of ATM...

Sorry guys, this new chicken is horribleā¦. You have been my go-to for fried chicken for awhile, a couple lunches a week, tonight I had industrial tasting chicken and cardboard fries there for dinner and I have to tap out. Come to your senses soonā¦.

Not to best sub I have had. I got a meatball sub that was supposed to be hot but was cold. The sauce was messy as hell and not all the good. The service is good but the food is bad. Not the first time I had something from here that wasn't good. For one of the only sub places around you would think it would be better.

I frequently get take out from pump and usually have a good experience and good food. Today using their computer in store to order I found out that even if you order a āBLTā you have to select the L AND THE T on the veggie menu as well or else all you get is some bread with bacon. Suffice it to say Iām disappointed :(

Ice cream shop only takes cash. Went into store for the ATM= out of service. Went to purchase something and asked if they do cash back=Nope. Overall trash service.

Order 4 subs, two had barley any mayo, the new auto machine needs to have place for comments on what customer wants, like light lettuce, extra mayo. Been going there for yrs but quality has gone down hill. Please improve.

I will give it one more time. If it isn't any better it will be last time. I ordered a chicken salad sub. It was basically lettuce and a roll. Next time I said I will try meatball sub. Wish I had taken a picture of it. It was a roll, 3 meatballs in a large, melted cheese. No marinara sauce. I called when I got home asked for a manager. I told her the situation. She said sorry, nothing I can do. Poor customer relations.
