Only if they could keep it staffed. Often without warning your mail and packages stop coming. When you go to the post office you can’t pick your packages up because no one can sort the packages. It’s been a week now and still waiting for them to sort our packages and one is my husband’s medications . I don’t even know what to do.
The woman that works at the Williamstown post office should be given a raise. I have witnessed at least three people crew her out for something that is clearly not her fault. I feel guilty for going in everyday to see we can pick up our packages but the medication is important.

I had called to inquire about a piece of mail that was accidentally sent to my prior post office box instead of my current address. I clearly and slowly stated what the circumstances were and asked if they had seen anything and employee Louise said she was confused after a full explanation and .she then asked another employee to check forward box and was quite rude in her response. I was not rude and certainly didn't warrant her snarky attitude. Retraining may be something she needs due to lack of good customer service

Don't blame the good folks that work at our Post Office for the poor management at the highest levels. Our people are the best, and work hard in spite of the rudeness of impatient people.

Whenever you go to pick up a package the lady at the front desk will look for a grand total of 2.5 seconds before telling you they don’t have it when all the scans say that it’s there.
