Very slow to get trailers processed. I get they are short handed but they shouldn't take on customers if they can't meet ETAs. Frustrating for them and the customer I'm sure.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. They delivered on time and the driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In the past I have dealt with freight delivery companies that will not even drive on a dirt road and I would have to meet them somewhere in my car. Not only did the driver deliver my large 250lb item to my driveway, but he brought the pallet right to my front door. It was a quick and easy delivery. Very satisfied with my experience!

Whoever is driving truck 425401 or 425411 was extremely rude, honked from behind me all the way home bc I had to break quickly to avoid and accident. Very rude and unprofessional. It was a huge box truck and made me very nervous.

I had a delivery scheduled for today, and the driver would not deliver it. We have a long flat driveway and they claimed they could not deliver because of ice. There is no ice, as it has been well above freezing for a few days so most of the snow and ice has melted. It is not perfectly clear, but it posses no threat and would have been completely possible to drive on. The dispatch called to ask me to meet the driver at the end of our driveway, which I explained I couldn't because I only have a car and the delivery contained 2 very large boxes, and they wouldn't fit in my vehicle. The guy I spoke with abruptly hung up on my after being extremely rude. He wouldn't answer me about when it will be rescheduled for delivery, when I asked. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone supposedly trying to help. I have never had a package shipped with ABF Freight before, and I hope that if I do again the service is much better. I hope to get my delivery soon but it is hard to tell by the way I was treated.
