Play very close attention to your bill and charges with this place. The owner confuses people/accounts and will lock your unit without so much as a phone call or an email to you first! Also not very good at communicating in general. I had a unit there for over 2 years, not by choice but because it was all that was available to me at the time. I'm still waiting for my 40 bucks that was supposed to be sent to me weeks ago. Buyer beware indeed.

Sold My house in Burlington in late Aug. Breezy Valley in St. George which i Believe is part of Access self storage was one of the few that had open units at good rates near to where I was moving. It was easy, I booked everything online and via text and it was then auto pay on my card. When I was ready to check out, I went back online to see how it worked. Give them 10 ten days notice, clean out your stuff, and sweep the unit - not much to ask. I received my security deposit back and I was pro-rated for the month I had already paid in full. It worked out to half my December's rent returned. I don't understand what some people are gripping about- it's pretty straight forward. I do recomend this company.

Sadly, I can't recommend. You can't be guaranteed of a waterproof unit. All started well with communication, facility was fine and secure, however upon checking on our items in early May after several months of all fine, there had been (after much rain) a great deal of leakage from above and below in our unit B14 with complete damage to a dresser and many boxes. Upon calling the manager (who despite having heard re problems in an adjacent unit did not contact us to check) the only thing he had to say, was "Things happen" and "Be at the facility at 7am tomorrow for him/maint to check." That wasn't possible and we just moved our things out as quickly as possible. Never a concern on their part to remedy the situation, refund some money for the lack of a waterproof unit (which seems to be what one is paying for) or address the problem in any way. Most disappointing.

The units were OK for the 9 months that I had my things here but unfortunately when moving out the owner took part of my security deposit for no reason. Then failed to remedy the situation and refused to address it on the phone.

Gates are never locked. Emailed with notice to move out in June (after having already payed in full for the month) and my deposit was forfeited.

Doing business with Armand is a pleasure. All his facilities are clean and everything is exactly as advertised. Also, if you ever have a question he usually picks up the phone and if he's busy he gets back to you ASAP. Amazing customer service!

I've been using this storage for 14 years I haven't had a problem I get along great with this gentleman the storage is near the highway honestly priced I don't know what the other person who rated badly meant but the only reason I could see why someone would violate another persons storage is if that person didn't pay but that's just non of my buisiness tell armond Joe sent you

Don't do business with this guy. He took my money and then sold my stuff. He's rude and disrespectful. He also charges you what he wants every month. Stay away from this place. His brand new units caused severe water damage as well
