Gavin was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped me work out issues with transfering to my new iphone, put my new screen protector on for me (yay!), and helped me save over $100 by making some changes to our account. He even gave me movie tips for saving at our local cinema!! Amazing service. Grateful!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Skye and Gavin at the AT&T store in Williston. I came in a little... let’s say guarded (okay, probably a bit defensive), but they handled everything with patience, professionalism, and actual human-level kindness.
They helped me get my cellular service restored on a new phone I’d received through an insurance claim, no small task considering I didn’t even have access to the phone number needed for verification. They got creative, stayed calm, and found a workaround like absolute pros.
And the kicker? They fixed a four-year-old issue I’d had with updating my last name. They just handled it. Smooth as butter.
Skye and Gavin were awesome, but honestly, every time I’ve gone into this store, I’ve gotten nothing but great service from everyone. So props to the whole team at the Williston AT&T store; you’ve earned this five-star review and probably a nap.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months. Quinn and Sarah were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through buying new phones and reviewing our bill. We'll definitely go back to them for future needs. Thank you!

Dominic at the AT&T in Williston was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time setting up my new Apple Watch……which I really appreciated!! Being a senior citizen who finds today’s technology rather confusing, Don eliminated a great deal of stress for me…..

We had issues with our new iPhones. ATT tech support only made matters worse. We had spent two days on the phone with no results. In one half hour, Gavin solved our problem. He was understanding and professional.

Horrible. Incredibly inefficient. Maybe when one person’s phone is just sitting there loading, help another customer instead of standing there doing nothing or talking about sports for two hours straight.

We went to the Williston store to get a new phone after being told at the Dorset Street location that they couldn’t do anything for us and were rude. Sara in Williston was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure she was able to help. Would give 10 stars if we could.
