Quint the manager of the store is my kinda people. He has gotten to know/recognize me as Karen. It's a welcoming place for me to visit or call. Most people probably dread both needs but NO reason to at 121 Conner Way AT&T store.

Jordan I believe her name was did an awesome job. We were there almost 2 hours bc it was me and my dad and our business line and we added my girlfriends line all got upgraded phones and 2 Apple Watches and she kept our payment almost the same. We left with much more than we expected and we had a complex situation and she just nailed it. Thanks again. We live in Waterbury Center but we always make the trip to Williston to do our big upgrades and have gotten the same service from several people there over the course of a few years so we keep going back.

We just witnessed what I believe to be the most patient multi-tasking person I have ever seen in the service industry. His name is Quinn at the AT&T store in Williston. He was so patient and helpful with everyone in the store including his trainee. The guy was literally waiting on 3-4 customers at a time and doing an incredible job with all. If only all service people had the personality of Quinn. AT&T has a gem in him. I hope they know that.

I had to get a new phone last week and worked with Quinn and just wanted to say what a professional he is. He was not only very knowledgeable, he handled multiple stressful customer service situations while I was there with patience and kindness. He made an annoying task a pleasurable experience!

If I could rate a 10 I would , the representatives I worked with last night to talk about getting a new iPhone , they were friendly , had great personalities and made it a comfortable experience! I wasn’t expecting to walk out with a new iPhone 14 pro max , but the two store reps , made it happen for me ! A huge thank you to the representatives in the Williston store . I’m so happy with my new phone and even happier with the experience.

The Williston AT&T store has an amazing staff person there named Quinn. He is very knowledgeable in tech matters, business matters, human relationships and was able to handle a myriad of people with their various problems to solve over the course of 3-4 hrs that I was there, he was the only one on duty! He was getting my new phone setup but the people just kept coming in and interrupting. He should be given an award for incredible skills! No one got mad or caused stress for the rest of us...

(i'm stealing an earlier review from another customer as my experience was identical, but i'll add in some of my own experience.) The Williston AT&T store has an amazing manager named Quinn. He is very knowledgeable in tech matters, business matters, human relationships and was able to handle a myriad of people with their various problems to solve over the course of the approx 2 hrs that I was there. He was the only one on duty! I was in a super time crunch, so when i walked into the store and saw several customers, i quickly thought I may not be able to get my problem solved that day. I figured i'd have a long wait until he could even help me. I'd only been standing there a few minutes when he addressed me and asked how he could help. Very quickly I realized he was helping us all.... at the same time. He should be given an award for incredible knowledge and SUPERIOR multi-tasking skills! No one got mad that he was helping us all simultaneously, and no one seemed to feel slighted or neglected at any time. He never missed a beat as he bounced from one customer to another, keeping us all satisfied. I think it's because we were all impressed on how he could meet all of our needs at the same time and do it SO seamlessly, without forgetting where he was at with any given task/cusomer. Quinn's skillset is VERY RARE in todays market, and AT&T is lucky (and so are his customers) to have him here. If you want to grow your customer service in the right direction.... you need to have other AT&T customer service people watch Quinn in action and take notes!

I purchased a new phone from AT&T and spent over an hour on the phone trying to get it set-up with no success. I went to ATT and Quinn, the manager was helping another customer and was very polite and acknowledged me and asked my needs. As 2-3 more customers came in, he did the same and handled multiple issues at the same time, constantly being professional and courteous. He was able to help me quickly and efficiently and saved me hours of frustration and trying to figure out all the complexities of what I needed the phone to do. If you want great customer service, this is the place to go.

My mom went to this and they scammed her into buying a 40 dollar charging cord. They said “the iPhone 8 ONLY charges with this *specific* type of chord.” (referring to the 40 dollar chord) and it didn’t even work. Shame on whoever said that to my mom, shes very at using tech so she’s very gullible and how dare you take advantage of her. I am also making fun of her because she always yells at me to fix her tech problems, but I’m also very genuinely upset :).

I’m not sure what a previous review was referring to but I was assisted by a gentleman named Mark and he was extremely pleasant and helpful getting my wife and I new phones. This guy was a rockstar as he was the only store open out of 4 others in the area and he was by himself helping two other customers at the same time. Great multitasker and though he seemed a little overworked he was patient and explained everything to us and other customers clearly. Throughout our visit he was giving others waiting updates on how long the wait would be and apologized about the circumstances and never once complained. I honestly don’t think I ever had a better experience at an att store before. Thank you and we love our new phones!
