“I brought my car today because I was having trouble with my remote car starter. Kyle greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I told him that I bought this remote starter from Yipes in Saint Albans and it wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he grabbed his jacket and went right outside and tried to figure out what was going on. He worked on it for 20 minutes in freezing Vermont weather. With no luck, he got Fred to try to figure it out. He worked on it for 10 minutes. I just wanted to say a big thank you to both of them, especially to Kyle. Even though I wasn’t scheduled and didn’t get the remote car starter from them, Kyle had the willingness to help me with my car. We weren’t able to fix it, but I still appreciate them trying.”

“Kyle just helped my novice (& w/injured wrist self probably hidden by coat and gloves) change a burnt out headlight in the middle of a wet steady snowstorm in a hoodie. I felt terrible but I'm driving back home tonight & further tomorrow, and he saved my tuchus.
1st rate, that was definitely above and beyond did not just say figure it out at home when you have an umbrella.
