Dave, Joe and Chris and the whole team are among the best guys with whom I've ever dealt in the last 20 years of which they've had me as a customer for 10, but I can't remember the last time Ive gone in for the same repair twice because once the guys there fix something for me their workmanship seems to last. So these days I'm generally pretty reluctant to go anywhere else because as long as they're able to keep me on the road as they've been doing, I've got no reason to take my 2005 vehicle anywhere else but MIDAS. “After living 3 years in Vermont, I experienced my car not cranking after returning from the holidays to single-digit temperatures. AAA jumped the battery but didn't check the battery life. The store checked my battery, which died when I turned off the car at the store. Luckily, I had spoken with Micheal a day or two before about in-store availability. On the phone he explained the difference between the available batteries and answered all my questions while providing additional helpful information. Unfortunately, my battery recommended professional installation. Being a Sunday and stranded at the store, I YouTubed changing out the battery. The installation wasn't complicated, but I did need car wrenches at the very least. The guys at the store allowed me to use the wrenches and agreed to help in any way they could. After untightening a few bolts, I got stuck, but to my great surprise, Micheal, who I was also told is very knowledgeable, was coming on shift and saw me struggling in the parking lot. Within a few minutes we had the last bolt loosened at the new battery in place only to find out this battery was too tall. After returning the battery and purchasing a shorter version the battery fit and was in place within 10 minutes! Had it not been for his help, I would have been there for far longer and leaving with first-degree frostbite on this cold Sunday afternoon. A big thank you to Micheal and everyone else who was so kind in helping me!”

I stumbled in there for a test drive as I've had my eye on the pulse orange Q3, but after learning its specs and my actual needs, Anthony ended up securing me the perfect 1-owner used Q7. It's got everything this girl could ask for, except that radiating happiness orange, but hey, I can live with an elegant timeless black :) Anyways, back to my experience...Anthony was incredibly helpful, honest, and responsive every step of the way. First, he called me the second he discovered my Q7 about a week after my visit. I got first dibs, hell yeah! He then accommodated my test drives, various other requests, and accelerated the timeline to sell it to me as I needed it ASAP. Despite my skepticism, he was transparent and real throughout the entire process. He offered solutions and/or found ways to meet my needs, as yeah, I have some high expectations and demands. I mean we're talking I got to speak with 5 different people at the dealership, such as the head mechanic, getting into my nitty-gritty questions. So thank you, Anthony and team. Added bonus, he just answered a phone call to help me with some tech I couldn't figure out... And having formerly worked for Apple, Anthony knows his stuff in this department! Super helpful instead of spending countless hours on Audi MMI forums which I started to do. Totally would recommend Anthony, and when I'm ready for my next Audi, I'm going back :)”
