I had a really great experience trading in and buying a new car here. They really went above and beyond to help me with a complicated trade in situation and got me into my new car right away. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about Vermont EV/PHEV/Hybrid incentives (I got $4500 off my new Niro PHEV!). I would definitely buy from them again.

Watch out... or better yet read the fine print. DO NOT BUY A MAINTANCE or EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN. Just don't do it. The plan is only good for one dealership. The one you buy it at... yes I know. It says Kia... but it's not. That extended warranty. Nope it's a joke. I bought the Kia maintenance plan. Moved here from our of state. Found out this dealership won't honor it. Yup that's right. The Kia plan on a brand new Kia. Had an electronic issue and they wanted to charge me. Called around and Boston would honor the plan. That's 5 hours away. Went to Boston. It was a recall. Trying to get paid for milage now from Kia but they are saying that the dealership should have honored it... so it's a mess. Just beware of anything you buy in addition to just your vehicle. The maintenance package. It's cheaper to get your oil change done else where. Just don't waste your time and money.

Wow! What a great experience we had with this dealership. My fiance and I wanted to trade in our Subarus and get two used cars. After trying at the Subaru dealership, and having a horrendous experience, we decided to try somewhere else.Josh was so attentive to us, texting my fiance all week to ensure the cars we wanted to see were ready for us. When the one we wanted had sold, he found a new fit for us that was perfect. We thought that we were going in to get one car, but Josh was great that we decided to do both that day! He continued to go above and beyond for us, helping us out with rebates and ensuring that we were comfortable with the deals we were getting. He was also just genuinely a great guy! The cars were also in great shape and very clean.Kyle in the business office was a pleasure to work with, and he made me feel comfortable, explaining everything that was happening and making sure I understood everything that I was signing. My fiance worked with Chad in the business office who was also great and treated us extremely well.We will definitely be back when we are in the market for cars again, I could not recommend this dealer enough! Horrible place! Conned me into renewing my lease early for same monthly payment, then come signing it was significantly more expensive and they refused to honor their word and I had returned the vehicle so I was left without... Thankfully Burlington Mitsubishi hooked it up with a brand new vehicle financed to own. Would recommend them over this dump any day. Call Tim Bedard.

Don't get your car or service at Berlin city Kia because they are not taking responsibility for my vehicle damage! Making me to suffer of my anxiety and depression! I do Uber on the side and I can't do it because I have my father's car!

I recently purchased a new Kia from Berlin City. Mike (Sales), Andrew(Sales Manager), Mike(Sales Manager), Chad(Finance Manager) were amazing. They all were awesome to work with and worked extremely hard to get us what we needed, even working outside their normal business hours to make sure everything was taken care of. I will look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

CHECK REVIEWS ELSEWHERE, THIS BUSINESS IS ASTROTURFING 5 STAR RATINGS.I purchased a Toyota Corolla here in 2019 and was originally told I would get a set of winter tires included at purchase. When I arrived to sign the paperwork I was informed that I wouldn't be able to get winter tires included but could have a set "at their cost" instead, despite the obvious bait and switch I proceeded with the deal as I needed a car immediately.In the first week speaker issues became apparent which the service team refused to address claiming there was a recall on the speakers and it was Toyota's problem which a call to Toyota proved an outright lie.When I got around to getting the tires they promised at purchase the "at cost" price they quoted me was $10 cheaper than their website price and over $300 above MSRP. When I emailed the service manager about this he claimed 'online prices are always cheaper' and said he would look into it and get back to me. That was about 6 months ago now.Despite all of this I am still receiving phone calls, voicemails, and daily emails from Berlin City regarding renewing my warranty clearly ignoring the multiple requests to be removed from the call list and unsubscribing from every email they send.Service: Tires

Service was completely horrible there was no communication at all my oil filter had a hole in it and was leaking ( this was not even what I brought my car for) my muffler sounds like it is broken, my car wasn't clean, my rims have scratches and I was told one price when I agreed to the work and got there and had to pay more or wait for a supervisor for 3 days and not have my car. I only went there for cv axle for both front left and right they only did one side. I paid for an alignment, inspection, plate bulb that wasn't even replaced my car sat at the dealer for about 8 days. Over all I'm not happyI requested a supervisor call me and was promised a call Monday the 11/13/2023, here it is the 11/17/2023 and still have not heard from them.

This dealership only cares about themselves and what they can gain for themselves. My price point didn't matter to them and KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR OTHER FEES!! Almost $1,800 they wanted to charge me for the previous owner adding the under coat on and for the previous owner installing something if the car got stolen but was only good for 3 years. I didn't ask for those to be added on but they wanted to take advantage that the car already had it and they wanted to bank in on it. I ask if I could get a couple options for a extended warranty since the car didn't have one and the only option they gave me was $3,900 and they kept giving me a sales speech on why vs making me feel heard and they didn't care what my price point was just only what they can get out of me. I took my services to Freedom Nissan and saw Travis and he did everything he could plus more for me to take my business to them and drove away with a brand new 2023 suv with 23 miles.
