Horrible lazy service especially from the female manager who didn't even bother checking the delay on my online order. Mentioned to cancel my order and got the ok you can cancel. They don't even care that I took my business elsewhere.

Had been searching in my local store in Lebanon New Hampshire for a Particular type of sound bar with wireless rear speakers and wireless sub. One showed up in Williston Vermont. I immediately hopped in my diesel truck and drove north The hour and 15 minutes. Walked into the store showed them the SKU, They pulled up the skew said it was in stock and they proceeded to not be able to find it then they tracked down to say that it was not in stock.
After the floor sales people tried to steer me towards an inferior product which I’m well-versed in is inferior, I politely asked to see the manager, Devin.
He researched it and said he couldn’t figure out why it was showing in, Because they. I calmly asked for him to match the open box Which he has the authority to do and he nonchalantly just said maybe I should call next..
What’s the point of $1 billion company having the ability to real-time order if it’s in. Customer Service is trash here I walked off calmly no need But I’ll make sure that I continuously post the treatment The lack of customer customer service I experiences
