Terrible service: can't reach the local store, call center doesn't speak English well, so difficult to understand one another; call center dropped several calls. I'll bit elsewhere unless I can't find it anywhere else.

I had bought a samsung dryer open box around 2 years ago with a warranty and the dryer worked fine for the first couple months. After those couple months, there was a piece that the clothes were catching on near the door which I thought was a part of the machine so I had covered it for the clothes to stop catching. The machine was working fine for some time after that but just recently, my machine stopped drying my clothes. I had called best buy for a repair and once they arrived I was told that my machines warranty was void because of the piece near the door that came with the machine. I was told that the machine had things done to it prior of me buying it yet i wasnt informed of that once i had purchased the machine. It doesn't make any sense that the part that came with my machine is what voided my warranty. I am now without a washing machine and the money for the warranty. This is not honest business and I don't recommend shopping here. I have been scammed

Confusing, I bought online tv, I have to go the store. The person in the phone never asks for the TV pick-up in the warehouse.

Went on Feb 8th, checked in with the guy up front who was to busy talking about cars with a police officer to acknowledge we were there. After giving him my name he said we were next in line. After over 30 minutes no one came to home theater where we were which was a ghost town. Went back up front to try again was again told about 10 minutes. No one hardly took their noses out of their phones to help us. So we bought our 72 inch TV elsewhere. Won't be going back.

Store is big, but wait time for assistance needs improvement. I waited like 30mins to get assistance, because of the guy who assisted me was handling 2 customers at a time.

Found a great monitor to replace my husband's old one with good FPS/size/price, and found a solid keyboard and mouse for myself. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and helpful, and the person checking us out (Josiah, I believe) was hilarious and very personable. Very pleasant and expedient experience.

There was a lovely woman there with long grey hair in a pony tail and blue eyes. Who is an excellent sales women if all the employees were half as good as here this place should easily be a five star ⭐️ store. I feel bad bc I forgot her name but she was awesome in the kitchen appliances sections we talked to her about as samsung fridge

The phone customer service is absolutely horrible. I have called several times, attempting to reset my password for online account. Both times, I spend over an hour trying to have it resolved, with no luck. I really enjoy the store, but the phone support is consistently the worst I have ever experienced.

Came to have my iphone battery changed yesterday. Not even 24 hrs later my phone can't stay on more than 3 minutes without restarting. Even though the staff was nice, I'm not exactly sure how competent they are with apple repairs. You're probably safer driving hours to an apple store in NY or MA to have any repairs done, because now I need a new phone. Huge inconvenience!

The staff here at bestbuy know their stuff. I came in to buy headphones, I was curious about the comparison between 2 brands. Staff helped me make an informed decision, and even gave me options that could have saved a little money. In the end, I went with the more expensive set, but it was nice that they were willing to show me my options.5 stars, highly recommend for any of your electronic needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yes The name is correct.They are the BEST BUY. I was very pleased just entering the store an associate helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was very clean, products were priced clearly and very well organized. The store is very large, and has lots of electronics and buttons and blinking lights,so be prepared to tinker with things. There's a restroom in the back of the store. All the employees that I encountered were knowledgeable and courteous. There is ample parking and handicapped parking,right on the bus line if you're a bus rider. If you need help they have Geek Squad in store to help with all the technology and gadgets. Personally I was there shopping for a boost sim kit, I installed myself at home with the package instructions and prompts from my phone.

When you make a online, curbside pick up purchase, the website states you will not be charged until you pick up the item. Lies.I canceled the item, but was charged full price anyways. I had to contact my credit card company to get refunded.
